Shipping time

All products you can order from us are in stock. The products that are sold out can not be put into your shopping cart and not bought. Every morning, the orders of the day before are processed. On Saturday we do not deliver.

How will my package be delivered?

The DPD is the courier who will deliver your package. It may be that the DPD in your area hires another courier. We send a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. In this mail is the Track & Trace number of the DPD. On the site, www.dpd.nl, you can track your package. If you are not home, the DPD will try it again the next day. If you are not home again the DPD will contact you to make an appointment with you. After the this appointment the package comes back to Tom Shops. We will not refund the shipping costs when this happens.
